A Hunting We Will Go...
Jon decided Trent was ready to go on his first duck hunt since he is now 4 years old. The day started off at 4:30 am when Jon woke Trent up to get him ready for his first time in a duck blind. We questioned whether he would be ready to wake up that early in the morning since he usually sleeps until around 7:30 am. Well no problems here, he jumped out of bed, put on his camoflage gear, and loaded up in the truck to head to the farm in El Campo. Jon said he talked and asked questions the whole way there, which was a one hour drive from Sugar Land. He could not wait to sit in the blind with his Daddy! Joining Jon and Trent in the blind right next to them were Uncle Jess and cousin Drake. Although they got a little wet from the rain, they saw lots of ducks and Trent said he was ready to go back.
